I sat in a pedicure chair for 30 min waiting for a pedicure. There were employees that walked by me multiple times and didnt even bother to turn on the water. I would have gladly waited patiently for my pedicure while my feet soaked in a warm whirlpool tub....but instead sat with bare feet on a cold hard footrest watching one employee offer to and paint little girls nails of other customers being served for free. After 30 min this same woman then came to begin my pedicure. At which point I told her I they had wasted enough of my time and declined her attempt to wait on me and left.
