I have actually told my best friends about this place, and I would not recommend it especially if you have children. The manager is rarely there, and her family has caused so much trouble that it is impossible to feel safe there, especially where parents and children are concerned. While I lived there, I felt so unsafe and feared for my child, that I couldn't even feel secure enough to let him play without me personally being within 2 feet of him. The tenants are nice enough, but whenever you realize what the management and their family members are doing, the tenants don't really matter. The management will keep the second key to your apartment AND mailbox, and tell you that it is for "emergencies," but in reality it is to have access to your apartment and belongings and more for their personal "emergencies," if you catch my drift. They also kept my security deposit stating that my apartment needed to have the carpets cleaned (which I had been told 3 months prior to moving that my apartment would have to have the carpets cleaned?? I guess they're psychic), but funny thing is, I rented a carpet cleaner every 3 months and shampooed them myself due to my son's eczema and being prone to heat rash and pollen allergies, so the carpets definitely did not need to be cleaned. To add to that, when I moved into the unit, there were over 15 spiders along the baseboards, and between 5-7 around the ceiling corners, there were melted M&Ms in the carpets, as well as, small tacks and sewing needles, which my husband actually stepped on and that is how we found them. Then, for the longest time my son would be walking into the kitchen or the bathrooms and would just start crying saying that he had stepped on something , and I never could understand why. Finally it happened to me and I told my husband about it thinking it was a type of insect that might have lived under the carpets, and he investigated and found out that it was actually a "tack strip" that had been placed in the wrong spot when building, and was not covered for protection from the nails in it, which came up through the carpet. So my family had been literally stepping on nails while living there, and not knowing it due to the type of carpet they put down which concealed the fact that they were there. Then the "amenities" are poor to fair in rating. The internet is terrible, the dishwasher leaves terrible residue no matter what type of soap you use, the weight room is less "weight" and more cardio equipment and is small so the space is taken up by the two treadmills and the bike thing and the weights are a small set, the computer room I only tried to use once, and the printer didn't work for me so I never went back, the plumbing was terrible and constantly had to be worked on, there were no fire alarms the first 3 weeks we lived there, and the sprinkler system had to constantly be worked on as well. And the interior walls are built almost identically to the walls of a trailer house, except a trailer house is built better. If there were a tornado, these would not stand through the wind coming off it. Honestly, though, we could have lived with the poor amenities, but when we learned all the "behind the scenes" stuff that was going on, it was over. We moved immediately, and I sincerely hope that someone does something about that and soon. Until then I fear for their tenants and especially the tenants' children. Beware and careful when considering these. There are plenty of realty places and independent landlords around to support the college students rental needs, and the needs of others and I really recommend using them. However, these apartments are high risk and unsafe, in my opinion.

You really aught to look into ...

You really aught to look into moving to these apartments. The space is nice and the design is very modern. You only have the one utility to pay and that is the electricity. They seem to be very well insulated and should be energy efficient.

There are several awesome benefits as well, such as a fittness room, a media room,a nice community area and even a childs room and library. Plus it comes with free wifi and cable.............I have met several nice people and there is a great safe playground for the little children and an adult basketball area as well. I am looking forward to making this my new home.......
