All promises before the sale... No service after!! I was promised the scratches would be taken care of. The car has been back 3 times and the scratches still remain. Just buffing was not sufficient the first time, so they have me bring it back two more times and half the scratches were just completely missed. So disappointed and frustrated!!! Its been a month now of going back and forth. Then last week a maintainence required light comes on... Are you serious??!! to many this may not be a big deal... But to me if I'm paying this much for a vehicle it should be exactly as promised andI should not have to put money into it, a month into purchasing it
