My mother shopped there because there is no where else to go except Walmart and its close. She never had a problem that I know of. She passed away on March 23 of this year.
My stepfather who is a veteran from the Vietnam War with Agent Orange Dioxin poisoning and is in a wheelchair went to pick up a few groceries. The clerk and assistant manager told him they could not help him to the car with his groceries because it is not their policy.
I'm appalled. What policy is that? Do you have human decency?
Needless to say its the last time he's going in there and I would suggest that no one else does either. If you can't help a disabled person or a veteran or both you should shut your doors. They suggested that he stay home and order his groceries on line and pay 6.00 and they will deliver them to him.
Poor managment will shut that store down by itself. Shame on you.
This country was built on Veterans. If not for them, we would have no Freedom.
Another customer helped him instead!

I asked the guy taking the grocery carts in to help me unload grocery's into my car. He said he couldn't help me due to the stores policy & apologized. The next time I went, I mentioned this to a check out person in the liquor department. They said I could pull up to the doors, give them auto description, then they would be right out to load my car & they did. So there is help if you ask & also, if you call ahead of time, someone can be appointed to help you shop if needed, but remember to call first to set up appointment. The only complaints I have is: the bathrooms are not always cleaned well or stocked well. Also prices are steep on a lot of items.

AF County Market has such an outstanding floral department!!! You can NOT ask for better service!!!! The personal details she adds to each arrangement is simply amazing!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Beautiful flowers,balloons, everything in your floral department is outstanding!!! I have had flowers many many times from AF County Market that have lasted well over a month-cannot get this or the service anywhere else!!! Thank you Beth!! Once again you have outdone yourself!!!
