Terrible experience with this company. We paid $3500. for seeding and fertilizing new home site, most areas have no grass at all..(We have underground sprinkling) They dug the basement and put the sand right next to the hole, it caved in and when the builder ask him to fix it he asked us for more money. Had to call a different excavator to fix Hintz's mistake. We had a pond put in and he messed up the beaches, fought us to fix them when the pond did not pass the walk through of the pond design company. Charged us extra to fix it. There are still issues with the beaches and they are not safe for little kids like we stated was our goal for our grandkids..Pole building site was put in too low, refused to fix it so now we have another excavator fixing it. Driveway grading was not done properly again he refused to fix without extra money. We have another excavator here now fixing it. The grading was so bad around the building site that it flooded out over and over all through construction of our home, when asked to fix it> I will for more money... he finally came back once but we still had issues and all he did was complain that we had been asking for weeks to get it fixed...He posted pictures of our property on his FB page. We asked him to remove them and he refuses.. Beware he will post pictures of your home site.. Our other contractors all got along great with each other but thought he was rude.. I have pictures and references from those who worked on this project.. Happy to share them with you.. Constantly asks for more money..when he does something wrong and you ask for it to be fixed.. He says that is extra> it's extra to ask for him to fix what he did wrong..I could go on and on with all the issues as this is just a small part. Wish we could have fired him but when you start a project you are on a schedule with all the contractors plus the new ones we called were booked out months.. Beware if you deal with this company. HORRIBLE experience.. We are still getting the issues fixed by new contractors that he was paid to do originally..
