I have been working with them since they were located in Carol Streams on Army Trail. I purchased quite a few things over time. I have purchased MacBooks, Fridge, Washer, Dryer etc… I purchased the Aaron’s Club for insurance and my account was separated and I had to pay two clubs. In addition, the fridge was defective and they have told me because I paid my fridge off early that this cannot be replaced. I have not had a functioning fridge for over a year. I purchased and paid this off December 2019 and the currently still have my fridge. Unfortunately, I cannot get into details, but I have retained an attorney and we will be filing a small claims suit in DuPage County next Wednesday. I will keep everyone posted. There are other avenues for those that don’t have the strongest credit, such Klarna, Sezzle, Afterpay and Quadpay. Make this location your last choice please. They have no integrity.

Rented a sofa with end tables and coffee table 13 months ago. So far no complaints. I pay each month online. Very convenient. In need of a gas range now but their choices are limited.
