I had called this location on 2/12, the day of the horrible snow and horrible traffic. I had been calling around several locations, and they all said that they had an overtime fee. Since I would be home late that was a concern to me. I called this location and the associate did not mention they had an overtime fee when I said I would be home around 5:00 pm. When I asked if they would come over the next day since I would be home the associate said that they couldn't. Again, he did not mention an overtime fee, so that led me to choose him to come over. I called and left the message with my husband, but our answering machine was on the fritz. Regardless, my husband called another company, Hackney's in Roselle, who came over at 3:00 to avoid charging the overtime, and did the job within 30 minutes. The associate from At Your Service showed up at 5:00, encountered my husband, whom he told that he would have to charge the $85 fee for. My husband said he didn't know anything about it and offered to pay him half for NO WORK performed, The associate insisted, saying that he would have to call the police. My husband paid him to get him to go home. Hackney's, the other heating business in Roselle, did the work and said it was fine for me to MAIL IN MY PAYMENT. In conclusion, the associate and the policies from At Your Service were misleading and didn't perform any work and still got paid. DO NOT USE THEM!
