This is by far one of the worst company's I've EVER had to deal with. I've been in sales/customer service for over 15 years and have never had problems like I've experienced with DP Systems. I sent in a request for quote for the same thing a few times over the last 2-3 years. This company either refuses to quote without even expressing in some form and then turns around and tells the other reps for this product in the area not to quote our company. I have had my own sales person as well as my customer directly involved with this and even they have been brushed off.



Best of luck to any one else out there that tries this company. Hopefully you will have better luck than I did. What a same.....such poor business etiquette in today's economy.
