It is most unfortunate that you can't give a business a zero rating, because this is truly what they deserve. If you are a woman, please avoid this place to save yourself a lot of grief and money. I brought my car in for repairs three times. It took them days to call me and tell me what the problems were. On many occasions, they pushed up the pickup date and time, because they, supposedly, couldn't finish the job when promised. On each of the three bills, there was a separate charge for $80 for some mystery solution. There were overcharges for everything. In the end, the car was returned to me in filthy condition. The dashboard was tattered, because it was just ripped off and thrown back up. There were grease stains and dirt all over the interior of the car. After spending over three thousand dollars, the air conditioner (one of my major problems) still didn't work.
