I can't believe this is a complimentary service! Howard Johnson Addison O'Hare Airport replied to my email promptly, gave me a spreadsheets with hotels that they'd already mapped the distance to the venue, and pricing.

Do not hesitate to use this service! I'm so grateful that they offered it!

We love this place so much!!!

We have stayed here countless times and it's always fun, clean and safe. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

5pm and room still not cleaned. Got locked out of room also.

Got to the front desk to check in. Gena, the lady at the front desk was already talking to a "customer" who was in pajamas about getting fired from Target. I asked about the microwave and refridgerator I had already paid for. She said I would have to pay $30 more. Instead of doing the right thing for the customer she would not give me the 1-800 number for howard johnson, nor would she give me the number for her manager. She did not give me any options as to what to do to rectify the situation. After I found the number for customer service myself, Gena said I was "acting like a b****" to the "customer", who appeared to be her friend. After getting nowhere with customer service, they would not refund my money so I was stuck in a hotel with holes in the wall, black dots in the bathroom, a broken toilet seat, and a shower that is impossible to turn on without considerable force. They say you are only as good as your worst. I have always thought of Howard Johnson's as a decent hotel for the price. Now I will never stay in a Howard Johnson again.

This hotel is awful. Imagine coming off of a flight from Japan and having to wait over 2 hours for a shuttle that never comes and then having to pay for a taxi to the hotel which costs 25 dollars plus the tip. You are now paying 80 dollars for a terrible place that is in the middle of nowhere. DO NOT STAY HERE.
