I had a garage torn down and a new garage built by Regency. Everyone that worked on the garage from the demolition crew to the carpenters and electrician did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

If you don'd mind paying for concrete that is cracking all over 6 weeks after be pored have fun. And no that is not covered. So when they pore it over loose base and starts cracking 6 weeks later I told you. My foor is so bad it loos like a tree root. If you use Regency good luck!!
