We had contracted out this company to do a small cabling job, simple but yet complex for these guys. The men in field were very nice and knew what they were doing. The office personel though are as rude and inconsiderate as can believe. When I called to ask a question I was put on hold twice and got hung up on. I spoke with a Janet who I thought was the rudest of them all and not professional at all. It took them twice as long to get parts they needed the office kept sending out the wrong supplies, the cable wasn't what we spec but whatever, they said it carried data the same.
