Provided by YP.comThis is the worst 7-11 I have ever been to and they will not be getting my business ever!!! The woman cashier was is rude and ill mannered all 3 times I have been there. I will be telling all my friends, family and business associates not to spend their money there!!! I had my 8 year old grand-daughter with me who happen to have left her shoes in the car and she started yelling for her to get out of the store. There was no sign on the door stating this and when I told her that nicely, she said she didn't have to have a sign - that she was telling me which was enough! She needs to go back to where she came from, because this is America and we don't have to tolerate being treated like that! So 7-11 before you lose more business - I would suggest getting rid of her. I will be posting this ever where on the net for upsetting my grand-daughter! Oh one more thing - put a sign on the door.

Provided by YP.comI always shop at 7-11. they're small and convenient and everywhere. Most 7-11's I've been seen have really improved over the years. I stopped at this location today to buy a fountain drink on my lunch break. The Cashier charged me the wrong price for the soda. I walked back in and told her that she charged me too much. She told me "No I didn't Ill show you". She walked over to the cups and pointed at a price for the 64 oz. soda. I told her that I don't have a 64 oz and she told me that I did. I lifted the cup and showed her the number on the cup. She said 'well I just scanned the bar code and its 7-11's fault not mine". Really lady? For one that's extremely unprofessional to blame on a company you work for. Two, you don't argue with customers. I know its a small amount of money to complain about but that's not the point. I've seen this associate argue with other customers before and it just makes me not want to put my hard money into a company that would tolerate this kind of employee. I'm surprised there aren't other reviews honestly. I'm guessing this is a franchise, but regardless you DO NOT own 7-11. You carry the name and should follow the companies customer service policy. Of course she wasn't wearing name tag. But its the only lady that works there in the day time. I'm sure if the CEO Joseph DePinto did undercover boss at this location she would no longer represent this company.
