I contacted this company to arrange for a towncar for my client on the day of my clients travel. After letting my client know that it was all set up she had a change of plans. I called them back 10 minutes later to cancel and was told that i would still get charged full price. They never said anything about a 24 hr cancellation policy . The pick up was in 6 hours and the guy said they had already dispatched a driver. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!!!!!!

We hired About DFW to pick us up from the DFW and our flight time changed multiple times enrout. I was so impressed that they kept track of my flight and were at the airport even when our flight was over 6 hours later than scheduled. I will continue to use them every time!
