They should be barred from doing business in Texas. Their insured driver ran into a concrete wall and destroyed it. It is a nightmare dealing with them to get it replaced.



NO they won't send an adjustor out to review in person the damage caused and repair/replacement needs. NO they won't provide any written settlement offer(s). NO they won't follow Texas case law rulings in regards to depreciation/normal age wear and tear or current condition of property valuations.



But what they WILL DO is send letter stating they have not received information from us regarding estimates or been contacted and try to cancel the claim -- many days after they have received the information from us. They WILL take excessive depreciation even on masonry/concrete replacement costs -- listed in various national insurance claim settlement sights that should not be included.



I suggest for everyone to immediately file a claim complaint immediately with the Texas Department of Insurance for their unethical practices and processes to get them barred from the Texas state from continuing business here.
