Word of mouth car sales are cheap and wholesale here, look into doing business with them, they are reasonable and very fair!

I had a problem with my 2012 ML 550 that half the time the remote release of the tailgate would not work. I went both to MB of Plano and Park place 3 times, after they couldn't fix the problem they said that the problem is because there was a coke spill on the latch and that it would not be honored under the warranty. They quoted $3700 to replace it.

I had received a mailer from classic and European for a free diagnostic. So I took my car over there, and asked for the free diagnostic without disclosing any knowledge of any problem with it.

30 minutes later they came back to me with the diagnosis of what was wrong - it turns out that my new under warranty vehicle needed a software update to fix the tailgate problem. The car also had a problem with the control arms. I told them that the car must have the latest software because I took it 3 times to the Mercedes dealership. Their Mercedes specialist indicated that he did work at Park Place for over 10 years and showed me that no one had ever polled diagnostic information for my car.

Then they adviced me to take my vehicle to the dealership and ask for the latest software as well as the control arms replaced since my car is still under warranty.

Zero charge. I go to the MB of Plano and get my car fixed under warranty for free without paying $3700

I can't say enough good things about this place the professionalism and integrity is just second to none. If your faced with a high repair bill or being told the repair isn't covered under warranty, come here first!!

Best Car service in town. We took both of our cars and I can't be more happy. They give you honest information and they are very professional.Quick diagnosed and repair. Staff is very nice.
