Provided by YP.comThe executive suites are poorly managed, the receptionists are unprofessional, they charge fees that were never agreed to, there is no security, it's in a bad part of town but none of the lights work in the parking lot (even though you have to pay $25 per month for use of the parking lot), they charge $30 to use the "kitchen" which only has a coke machine and coffee in it, and $20 for your name on a cheap cardboard wall sign in the lobby. They were so desperate for money that they leased the executive suites reception desk and lobby out to one of those travel clubs, so if your clients come after 5:00 or on weekends they will be greeted by men with tattoos on their necks, their tongues pierced, women who dress like hookers, people yelling, and a mob of unhappy customers. The executive suites fax machine is in the middle of the lobby, so if any faxes come in when the day receptionist has walked away or isn't there, it is fair game to anyone in the lobby who wants it. The receptionists leave the mail in the middle of the lobby to sort and walk off from it. On days like holidays when the executive suites staff isn't there, the mail bin is just left on the receptionist desk for anyone and everyone to help themselves. What a shame if your clients mail you checks and confidential information. There have been many times when I haven't gotten phone calls and haven't gotten my mail. The receptionist is known for steering clients to a competitor. There is never enough seating in the lobby, so your clients will have to stand. The receptionists don't even look up when your clients arrive and then act like they are being bothered. The furniture provided by Regus is cheap and not something you would ever use in a professional office. The type of companies who end up staying in this type of environment will make you wonder what is "really" going on. It is the type of place you will be embarrassed for your friends and family to visit. The number of clients I had when leasing there dropped off by over 50 percent. Part is because it's in a bad part of town, and even though you can see it from I-30, it is not easy to get to. The neighborhood around the building is very dangerous and the travel club props the doors open and leaves them that way overnight. They also smoke and have their customers smoke in the lobby entrance, so your clients will have to walk through it. There are always shady people walking around in the parking lot. Many of them work in the building, so you can count on them being in the elevator or stairwell with you. The elevator goes out for months at a time. An apathetic management staff is the basis for the problem. If you lease there, be sure to scrutinize your monthly billing because they change fees at will.
