We want to be the casual, friendly place you want to go to everyday. Our Mission is to be the best bar restaurant in the Dallas metroplex. We can do this by providing excellent service, food, and ambiance. We know our guests choose to dine at THE QUARTER, and our friendly and relaxing atmosphere is what keeps them coming back. We strive to anticipate their needs and provide quality and consistency in our services and product. We want to WOW each guest, giving them a great value for their money, fun people to be around, and clean, comfortable surroundings. THE QUARTER opened for business on June 10, 2005, after a three-month building renovation period. After many years of contemplating opening a restaurant/bar, Rudy Delgado and Alex Vest put their heads together and, with the help of Rudy's wife, Beverly, came up with the look and feel of what is now THE QUARTER. Our carefully selected management staff is the competitive advantage we have on the other establishments in the area, and their expertise and dedication to our Mission help to lead a great team of employees in providing you with the WOW experience you deserve.
