I have had them do signs, banners, and business cards and it all came out great with very reasonable cost too. I have had great service each time and it was done in a timely manner. So this person that wrote a bad review I dont understand how this happened here they are just not that type of place. They really do good work and have good service. I am a business owner that vouches for them to my clients and other business owners I know and would not do that if I didnt think they did good work and gave good service. So I highly recommend them.

I was treated rudely by the counter help AND the owner!! I had to pay for their mistakes and made to feel like I was askign for the moon. They are rude and lack customer service. AND my product was poorly done. It was a copy of the a copy!!!!!

If you're looking for poor quality, rude people and terrible customer service, you'll find it at Horizon Printing in Adel, IA. I will NEVER go back and would even go so far as to say I wouldn't purchase anything I know they've printed.

I would never recommend going to Horizon Printing Company!!! They are extremely rude and have no customer services skills!! I emailed them my order and then they said they only work with Adobe files. NO MICROSOFT FILES WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!! So, then I go through all the trouble for reformating my file and they then screw up my order. I asked for 100 copies and they only printed 25. So then my qouted price was off by $30.00 and they wouldn't lower the price at all for making me wait an extra HOUR!!! The "Graphic Designer" named Brian that works there is very rude to people and talks down everyone!! I would never recommend Horizon Printing Co. please go to a different place to get things printed!!! Oh yeah and the kicker they are REALLY over priced for ADEL, IOWA!!!
