This place is fantastic. Exactly the kind of service you would expect from a small business like this. Considering they were the only bike shop I could find in Adrian, I was afraid they might rip me off, taking advantage of their 'monopoly.' They did the exact opposite, though. When I brought in my broken bike to have it repaired, they did a general analysis and gave me a quote right away. Before moving on with the sale, he asked me if that price was going to be acceptable, and when I said 'yes, that's my limit, though,' he took me seriously. When I picked the bike up and paid for it, I was told that something additional needed repair, but they stuck to the quote they gave me, anyway. They actually had 'do not go over $XX' written in the notes section of my receipt. Also, they originally estimated a three day turn around, but they had it finished in 24 hours. I could not have been happier! The work is fabulous and the bike runs like new. I would suggest this place to anyone in need of bike help or repair.
