Very Unsatisfied,

I have been looking for a good salon ever since I moved to town 3 years ago i went to tangles with several pictures of the same idea for my hair so that there wouldn't be any confusion. I am very particular about my hair because I've had bad experiences but this rates way up there. First the color was wrong she tried fixing it but it was still off. Then she brushed my hair and pulled 1/4 of it out, I don't normally have a sensitive scalp but I kept telling her it hurt and she needed to use a different brush/comb with my type hair but she didn't listen and now it's a day later and my head still hurts and I have extra split ends I didn't go in with. The color was and still is on my ears my forehead And neck, it also bled through on my scalp. I was under the impression that this was an awarded salon and I would at least have my hair done well but I am so disappointed in the service and cut/color. I now have to wait so many months before coloring again so my hair doesn't fryI won't be back

I called the salon on a Saturday morning to get advice on removing acrylic nails myself. I spoke with Pam. She spent a few minutes on the phone with me and then suggested I come on in and she would take a look at my nails. I am so thankful I did. She is so knowledgeable and patient, I think I asked her the same question over and over again and if it bothered her she didn't let it show. My nail beds were very damaged from the acrylic process, but she told me about the shellac process and I decided to give it a try. I love it.



I would happily recommend Pam to all of my friends looking for any kind of nail care!
