OMG! I took my vacuum into the Vac Shoppe because the inner carriage dropped out, the first time I've had a problem with my Hoover Wind Tunnel that I bought 6 years ago. She turned the vacuum over and chuckled at my "brush", and then when she saw the belt she showed me the difference between mine and a new one, and I was SOLD! I vacuumed today for the first time since getting it back and I swear she put a drive in when I wasn't looking. What used to be really hard to push and turn and a dreaded chore now drives itself, reminds me of when my dog pulls on the leash! What an improvement! I am SO IMPRESSED! Thanks, Vac Shoppe! for the HEADS UP!!!

The customer service is amazing! They stayed open a couple minutes late to accommodate for me. Best little vaccuum shop ever:)
