Separation agreements are available for fees ranging from $160 to a maximum of $500, depending on the issues covered by the agreement. Bruce also offers a "Be Prepared" document package for a price of $225 per person or $400 for a married couple, which includes a will, with or without an orphan trust, a power of attorney with medical and property powers and an advance medical directive. There is no need to come to Afton to sign the will. He will send you instructions to conduct a will signing in the comfort of your own home or office. If you're interested in forming a corporation or a limited liability company, Bruce charges $400 for an LLC which includes the initial $100 registration fee payable to the State Corporation Commission. He charges $500 for an incorporation, which includes the initial $75 registration fee and the purchase of a corporate kit.
