I just called to ask a question about a product. The woman that I spoke to, Diane, was extremely rude and degrading. If this is how she would respond to a customer asking a question about a product over the telephone, I would hate to see how she would be in person. It was enough to make me see that she doesn't practice customer service and I will never step foot in this store. I will also be sharing with all of my friends and family how rude this woman is.
