Lindero Canyon Middle School, located in Agoura Hills, Calif., is one of the three middle schools governed by the Las Virgenes Unified School District. It has a staff of more than 80 individuals serving a student body of over 1,000 students from six through grade eight. Its curriculum includes foreign languages, industrial technology, language arts, math, performing arts, physical education, science, social science, special education, and visual arts. Lindero Canyon Middle School follows its curriculum and textbooks to district guidelines and state standards. The school provides a wide range of activities and program, including parent-faculty club, student council, band, accelerated reader program, field trips, Red Ribbon Week, interquest, and outdoor and athletic activities. Lindero Canyon Middle School has a fully equipped library, media center, cafeteria, school nurse, and science and technology labs.
