I purchased a set of dishes from the housewares dept. and the clerk was very helpful and informative. It was a 5 star experience!

I love sales people at Warehouse Discount Center. They knowledgeable, polite, and helpful.I am glad I found out about this store. Their website at www.wdcappliances.com is also very useful to sort for appliances.

Bought stovetop and microwave. Delayed instal because of damage. Hidden fees when installers show up. No apologies. No follow up. No customer service. Avoid. Don't go there.

These folks had the best price and they helped out (beyond the call of duty) when things got tricky. Special shout-out to the 'logistics coordinator" A+

Warehouse Discount Center is what is wrong with the world.

They denied my card then suggested I use their fax machine ordering system, I faxed my info (they told me it would be safe) to buy a refrigerator from them. I've had the card for years, it had no current credit against it and I used it all over the internet never having had a problem.



Well about 3 hours after they got my info via fax someone had used my cashback money to purchase something online and they tried to transfer money using my card, thankfully the cc company caught that.



Anyway when I told them there may be a problem on their end they turned around and cancelled my order treating me like I was the problem.



This company has zero integrity, refused to even consider that the problem is on their end (FAX MACHINE ORDERING DUH) and in the end punished me for trying to help them protect themselves and all us customers.

It was a fun experience shopping in Agoura but my husband was shocked on how expensive appliances were. It just doesn't understand. I will have work on him, I want Viking, he wants something simple.

We were referred to All Brand Appliance Service by Warehouse Discount in Agoura. The technician was extremely professional and very dedicated to correcting a problem no one else could fix. The salesman at Warehouse did encourage me to call All Brand and now I know why. I am happy to keep my business local. Warehouse has always been there for us.

Just redid my kitchen here. Bough everything from appliances to the kitchen sink and countertops. They even recommended installers and a great cabinet shop. Won't go anywhere else for appliances and plumbing pieces.

I love the attitude and professionalism of every sales associate in this store. I feel confident that everytime I bring a client here, not only will they receive friendly, but also knowledgable, experienced help.

Agoura WDC Rocks! Best Deal in town and believe my I shopped. Reasonable lead time, helpful salesman and best of all my wife loves her new washer and dryer.

Horrible experience!

After we unpacked a microwave, we figured out that this microwave is old.

Back panel is scratched badly in many different ways.

Looks like it was flat on its back in warehouse and drugged from corner to corner for long time. Then they packed this microwave back and sold it to us as brand new.

Very next day it took me at least two hours to return this device back and receive refund.

Sales person Jennifer Palmer was very rude and boorish. I needed to prove obvious thinks. She was very pushy and told me that it is normal and all new products are the same, because it been drugged on the floor at the factory during its assembling.

I have NO COMMENTS! She threatened me to call police if I will talk to the store visitors.

Then, after almost two hours of waiting the manager showed up and everything started from very beginning.

Finally I told them that I will call to my credit card, stop the payment and send them the pictures of the microwave, the manager agreed to accept the microwave back and refund the money. The damage was too obvious. I never will go to this store again.
