Untrustworthy and dishonest group at wespac. They kept over a third of our $2100 deposit ($743) for repairs to damages not caused by myself or my roommates after having been stellar tenants (zero complaints from or against us and on-time and in-full rent paid every month) for a year. Rent elsewhere. They falsely accused us of removing fixtures that had never existed in the apartment in addition to charging for cleaning things like the dishwasher.
