He pretty much walks in the room without saying anything, positions you for the exam, and never ask you questions about how your eyes are or anything. Also, the entire time that I was there, he stayed on the phone with his girlfriend. He was in the next room, but spoke so loudly that I could hear everything. It was rather unprofessional. What's worse is this is a young girl who is somewhat slow, which makes me question his judgment even more.
