Really a great store. They helped me find a gift that fit my budget. Great selection. Will go back often.

Aiken Lighting does not back their products. The lighting in the "showroom" is VERY bad and does not allow for proper display for selecting. The outdoor fan are very dissapointing the blades do not match the fan center. Given only option of painting or 35% restocking fee for credit to Aiken Lighting only. Credit is a LOSS, since there is NOTHING to exchange for these ugly fans. I was told lots of people paint the blades. When asked for references of customers who painted the blades - I was then told: oh, I don't remember, and that was a long time ago. These fans should not be sold without seeing the "true" colors, in the setting that they will be used.
