Stacey has a point about some delays in response, but that's because they truly are busy. I've had a great experience working with Cold Creek, and we've had to wait on occasion for them to get back to us.

If you want instant service, find someone who is not working. If you want quality service, then work with these folks and have them work you in. A little patience goes a long way when you're working with other people.
