Bought a dishwasher. When the installers were removing the old one, they broke a piece of the formica counter top. No remorse. Once they left I discovered they had installed a cheaper dishwasher than the one I purchased. Three business days later (delayed 1 day so "their guy" could repair the counter) the correct dishwasher was installed but "their guy" thought he was only supposed to look at the counter top. I had already taken them a picture of the damage. He glued in what was left of the broken piece. When my wife called to express her displeasure she was treated very rudely by Trent. We won't be going back, and you should think about this before you do business with them.

I purchased two Miele ovens and a Wolf cooktop. I LOVE all three. Joel at Prestige specializes in the Miele line and is wonderful to work with. He knows the product well because he has these in his home. He is helpful in every way and keeps appointments. He goes way beyond what is required. I would deal with Prestige for future purchases, knowing that they will sell me the products that best suit my needs.
