My husband and I went to this branch to open joint accounts. The first lady we had contact with could not bother and was eating when she told us to come into her office. We left soon after because we had to retrieve a document for proof of address from our house. When we returned another lady helped us. She was rude and condescending. We were told each of us needed to open a savings account which was not making sense because we wanted to open joint savings and checking accounts. Instead of being polite and explaining SRP's policies she was short with us and rude. We do not plan to ever use SRP Credit Union due to the poor service we received.
