Had a package shipped out and the cost to ship it was more than the item I was shipping. So I shipped it off anyways. Big mistake! The item came back to my address the very next day. So I went back up there to tell them what happen and they admitted to me that it was their fault for not shipping it to the correct address and that they will refund our money. Weeks went by and never got a refund, no call nothing. My husband went back up there and the lady said she couldn't believe that we haven't got our money back yet and told my husband that we should have a check in the mail within the next week and promised us we will get our refund. No refund, no call nothing. My husband went back up there and the guy told him that it was actually our fault for not removing the old label and so because of that we can't get a refund! Umm it should be their responsibility to remove the label and they should have told us that then! Never again will we deal with them again! You guys suck! Stay away!
