Today is first day I have every experienced the worst service here. I have been going to this office for over 2 yrs. I drive 45mins just to see this vet,. because Dr. Timmerman is wonderful and staff was great and anytime I have called with questions concerning my dog they have ,in the past, been so helpful. Today I called with concerns about my dog, and the vet tech was rude, condescending and just wanted me off the phone. She gave me no peace of mind, no advice, didn't even really ask questions, she kept saying " you just need to bring him in" and in a condescending tone " well I can't diagnose over the phone". Now I will be considering looking for another vet office, which is unfortunate for my dog who loves the staff and the vets there, but I no longer feel that I can call when I am in need of answers.

I have used Charlie as my small animal Vet for over 25 years - never unhappy with his services
