The store employees are rude, unskilled in customer service and satisfaction, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. They do not represent Verizon in the capacity that I am quite certain the company would be satisfied or happy with. These people need some serious training and people skills. I for one, will not be renewing my contract with verizon and will be finding another service not only because of the poor treatment that I question as being representative of verizon but also the poor service quality..
