Copart treats their buying customers like they are worthless. As a buyer you pay most of the fees and they treat the seller like king. There is no communication, so if you won an auction (you are the highest bidder on a minimum bid auction that has been re-listed several times) there is no communication as to the amount the seller will take. There is no realist fee for the seller or storage fee for the seller so they can keep re-listing the same thing over and over. Having people be the highest week after week putting up their deposit money. They don't even tell you that you lost the car and like I said you are the one who pays all the fees. So they treat their buying customers like crap ( the ones that pay all the fees) and the ones that pay very little and are treated like kings. I do understand that it is a buy at your own risk and like all things sometimes you buy a lemon, but you are paying all the fees getting no support from Copart and the sellers has no risk. If you do waste your time with Copart please don't over pay for the crap they sell. The buyer fees are over $500.00 at the cheapest and that gets you no support.
