I had booked this hotel as an overnight stay with airport parking when I was leaving town for 8 days. Upon arrival, checking in and parking, the 1st shuttle took his time. I was ready to go, had a flight to quickly catch, 5 minutes after being called upon the shuttle driver meanders out of the breakfast area. After my trip on my way back I called the front desk (Joel) at 10:20pm and let him know that I needed a shuttle ride pick up. He told me that he would send a shuttle, to wait outside in the shuttle pick up area, and the shuttle would be there in less than 10 minutes. I had just come from 80 degree weather in Texas and it was 40 degrees and freezing outside. After 30 minutes of waiting I call the hotel again, this time the front desk (Eric) let me know that the shuttle driver was still at the hotel sitting there. When the shuttle driver finally arrived at 11:05pm and my hands were about frozen off he let me know that no one had ever told him to pick me up the first time I had called. I called management the next day to let them know what had happened (Rafael) and he said that he would research the problem and call me back about a customer solution. The next day Rafael called me back sounding very aloof and nervous and proceeded to lie saying the driver had been caught up at the casino. According to Eric (the front desk person) and the driver, the driver had never been told of my pick up and was just sitting around the hotel for an hour. Lack of integrity, mishaps, and negligence of guests. WARNING DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI stayed here for 3 nights and was ready to give this place 4 stars until the time I checked out. I was only going to dock one star for the not-so-clean bedsheets (random stains and hairs) but decided to just sleep on top of the comforter and made do with it. TV works fine. There was a nice window seat in our room that was mainly used for wardrobe staging. Water pressure and drainage is fine. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Facilities were clean. Vending machines in the lobby, and sometimes free cookies. Shuttle service to casino was convenient. Wi Fi speed was sufficient.
Now let me explain why two more stars were docked. Jeremy at the front desk was nice to us when we came to check in. He told us if we wanted to add the third night, it would be the same rate that we paid for the two original nights booked direct on their website. When I checked out, the manager told me he could not honor that price because internet pricing is different from in-person pricing. I told him this third night was paid by a third party, and not myself so I'm only getting reimbursed for the price I was quoted. It was only a $9 difference, but I told him that Jeremy quoted me the same rate and I'd appreciate him honoring it. He said he could not. I asked if I could get any type of discount or if he could help me out in any way because this is not how business should be run. He said, "Nope. Sorry. That's the way it is".
I would have totally accepted some free pens and notepads, some toiletries, or even something free from the (now-closed) breakfast room. He just stared at me and waited for me to leave. As I exited the lobby, he said "Thanks for staying with us". I should have kept things the way we had planned and moved to the Airport Ramada that third night instead. They honored their rates and gave us a lovely, more comfortable room.
***Managment may try to respond to this review as they have with other websites, but note how they still do not take responsibility for employees' actions/misquoted rates and stand by the fact that they cannot "match online prices" totally not addressing my biggest complaint of accountability.
