We start out with a assessment we take measurments, weight, BMI and fat%. From there we decide how much weight you want to lose or whatever your needs are and then we make a plan that is within reason. For cardio we use a bike, trampoline, elleptical and treadmill also a stepper. I also teach step aerobics, kick box and low impact aerobics so we can do that as well. Core:we use the stability ball and pilates. Toning and strength we use dumbells, kettleball, ankle weights. Sometimes we use bands. I change routines about every six weeks so you don't get bored and I take BMI, weight measurements every 8 weeks.

I have gone to Irene off and on for three years.
She knows how to train without making me feel intimidated and she keeps me motivated.

I work with clients that are have health issues and want to live a healthier life. They may have fibermyalsia, diabetes, neck issue, back issue and knee issue. It is difficult and intimidating for someone with these types of issues to just walk into a gym and feel comfortable. Working out for them is more difficult and if they don't have someone with knowledge about those issues helping them they can hurt themselves and give up before they get started. I also work with clients that are fit but need a change in their workout. I work with runners, bikers golfers etc. Ages 18-80. Any level is welcome.
