I signed up for Saturday and Sunday delivery over a month and half ago and I've never received my paper! They charged my account but even after someone called to ask if I was enjoying it and I told her I'd never received it, and she said she'd restart it, I still have not seen it. If they can't deliver it to your door then don't charged for it. I haven't even seen it in the yard. I know my address, so if the address got screwed up, then it's on their end because I know I gave them the correct address.

Delivery is not great. I only get the Sunday paper, but is is very skimpy, very thin. It seems they work hard to "sell sell sell!", with phone calls and door to door sales agents,but the quality of the paper is lacking. Just this Sunday, there were no coupons.. I called customer service and received a recorded message saying that this Sundays paper will not have any coupons. What!!? This has never happened to me before with a Sunday paper. My guess is that they are trying to cut corners at the customers expense. I'm going to cancel and go back to the Plain Dealer. They need to work harder on the quality of the paper. Nobody will buy a product for the price they're asking. It used to be a lower cost paper, but they have since raised the price, which makes it less appealing. Unless they get it together, they won't be around for much longer.

Can't seem to get the paper on Sunday on a regular basis. Every time I called they tell me that the paper must have been stolen. Tired of same old excuse. You use to be able to talk to a live person and they would deliver a paper. Higher prices lower service..

It's pretty good when you pay your bill on a thursday and you only get saturday and sunday's paper and when saturday comes around your paper is not delivered nor is sunday's, and when your bill is paid and you add another 13 weeks to your subscription they tell you that your service will not be interupted and by jingo it is they just want their money and you get nothing and now you cant reach them to get it delivered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think they should get their get their billing department and delivery department on the same page!
