I lived in two different Apartments in the complex. In the first one there was no real heat besides my little electric heater yet I always had a heat bill between $50 - 100. Then, I moved into another one with my girl friend and there was no problem transferring the deposit. New still had very little heat but when I decided to move out at the end of my lease and not stay at that property, they decide to take my entire deposit.

I cleaned both apartments the same way. And they didn't just take my deposit, they wanted me to pay another $300 for "scuffs and grease on the wall." Seriously what grease?? I call and they say just give them $100 and we'll call it even. True swindlers. I'm looking at you Joe and Samantha, true thievery.

ROACHES, MICE, AND BEDBUGS....OH MY!These apartments are a joke! They are dirty, and they smell moldy. I had trouble with mice, roaches and bedbugs. Every time I turned around, I was being notified that the complex found bugs of some kind and they were having it exterminated. I spent more time staying somewhere else than I did living in a dirty smelly bug & mice infested apartment I was paying for so I asked the landlord what it would take for me to move out. I was told that because I had several months left on my lease, that I would owe them 2500.00 if I left early. REALLY!? You people are a joke! These buildings should be condemned! It is a health hazard and they are swindlers. It is so bad that I broke my lease anyway and they can take me to court. I have pictures of everything and witnesses. They are not getting another dime out of me!!!!!

This place is a danger to your health ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES..........RUN THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH CHILDRENS HEALTH NOTHING! They just want to collect money fix nothing and be little everybody.
