American Freight have a excellent supply of furniture to choose from. The customer service is great. I purchased two sectionals, the second one would not fit into my house so American Freight switch the second unit with a dinette set of my choice and reimbursed the difference. I am completely satisfied!

Josh was really helpful, I reccomend asking for him.

We bought furniture (bed, mattress, sofa) from the Akron Store last week. Customer service is great. Specifically Curtis J, is courteous and answered question, we asked. We plan to come back, whenever we need, furniture in future.

I just bought a table from the Akron store and the customer service was great. The quality of the table was great for the price as well.

We bought a new couch this week with American Freight. The customer service is second to none. I couldn't get over how nice and helpful the sales people were, especially after spending a week shopping at other retailers. This place is really great. Great stuff for amazing prices. The layaway plan is awesome too. I've bought a mattress and an entire bedroom furniture set by paying just a little at a time. The people who work there are super friendly and easy to work with. No hassles. I'm going back there soon to put a new living room set on layaway. I love it there.

I am pretty satisfied with the sectional I just purchased. It wasnt bad priced and I Love it! There was a decent amount of furniture to look at and they just so happened to have the one I wanted in stock. The $100 5 year warranty was a great deal as well. I will be going back.

We Just purchased furniture through them for our living room and bedroom. The first day we went in they were extremely helpful and patient as we were there for about 2-3 hours looking around and asking questions. The nice thing about this place was also the free lay away they offer for people who do not want to finance. Every time we went in to make a payment they were always very nice and accommodating. Their products are nice and so are their employees I would recommend anyone to go there.

American Freight is a great place to purchase furniture. My first stop to buy furniture was this company. I bought my house set when the promotion for the 18 piece house deal was going on. I received great quality furniture. The sales representative was exceptionally patient and nice. He offered me a much needed discount plus extra services. I would definitely recommend that people go to American Freight, as I already have.

Had my furniture for almost a year everything is falling apart. Dressers are unaligned, bed creeks, no spring in box spring.

PLEASE DONT EVER BUY FROM AMERICAN FREIGHT!!!!

Not sure what happaend with the other reviewer on here, but we got almost our entire house done by them over the past last year. Never had any problems, good deals on furniture and the products are really nice!! I would recommend anyone to go here!!

My fiance and I went to the American Freight in Akron, Ohio and bought a couch set and dinning room table. We began to make payments and one day we went to make a payment and the manager gave us a boo hoo story on how he cant pay his employees so if we finished paying off our furniture that day he would take off about 200$. We ended up paying 2000$ cash. We got a center piece for our couch and it had a hole in it and the cup holders were all scratched up. We took that one back and needless to say we went through three center pieces. This happened in August and we are in December now. We still haven't got a call or a new center piece. The manager was very sexiest and didn't think I knew what I was talking about because I was a female. We are going to be calling the BBB (better business bureau) and try to also get our money back after reading reviews. DO NOT SHOP AT AMERIAN FREIGHT!!!! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! I GIVE THIS PLACE 0-5
