do not even attempt buying from here..biggest mistake I made

My wife had been bugging me about buying a new refrigerator and we stopped at this location the owner was nice. he was busy but he was nice and helpful. he offered to bring the refrigerator the same day but we didn't want it until the next week he was there a little early and even removed the old one. and another old appliance we didnt use.

i trusted this guy to bring me my washer and dryer in a couple of hr's,but he never showed up..and i have called alot of times to see if he was still coming to drop off my items..and i paid him in cash for them. before i got them.now its been 3 days and still no show or calls from this man.so im going to get da law enforcement involved.we made a virble and hand shake agreement.he is not good on his word.ill never do this again with this store.another unsatisfied customer.DONT DEAL WITH THIS APPLIANCE STORE.RIP OFFS..ALL .JUNK ITEMS.

I regret buying a refrigerator, washer, and dryer from this guy. He has been completely unreliable. With the appliances I have a 1 year warranty (paid extra) but it is useless because every time Robert makes an appointment to come fox the dryer he sold me that does not work he never shows. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Dont ever buy from this scam artist of a business owner named robert, he left me with a piece of junk fridge sitting in the middle of my kitchen promised me loked me square in the eyes telling me he would return the next day that was over a week ago, no other fridge no robert no phone call , no nothing just a wasted 250.00 on a piece of junk this guy operates like a true dope fein, thats ok im a righteous hardworking red blooded american karma will take care of this, so bless you robert and akron appl on south street for ripping my wife and i off badly
