I've gone there a few times to have aftermarket exhausts put on. The owner is very pleasant but on this trip I was a little disappointed in the time it took to get the work done and the grumpy mechanic. The guy they used to have there back in 09 was a master at exhausts and was very meticulous. I almost felt this time around that the mechanic was just slapping it on to just get it done and out of the way. The last time I was there they had the clamps all uniformed and straight. This guy just put them any which way...attention to detail is what it's all about. He also made comments of how he hated people watching him work and that he felt like he was in a "damn zoo in a cage". Hey buddy, that's our vehicle you're working on and we want to see what's going on. Estimate to have my exhaust put on was $100 until they needed to replace a few studs on the exhaust and get two exhaust gaskets. Then my price was $200. Seems a little extreme so I'm doubting I'll use them again after this experience.

First time I came here it was just for a simple oil change, but I could tell I would be back for more than just one visit. The people there were very friendly and helpful. Unlike bigger businesses, they were able to take care of my needs quickly and at a reasonable price! I have since been back for brakes, control arms, and a fuel pump. Everything is in tip top shape thanks to these mechanics. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs good quality work done at a reasonable price.

This is the first time dealing with them and I would highly recommend them. We needed some quick repairs on our son's truck because we were leaving town in 3 days for work. They gave us an estimate over the phone that was right on the money. We needed somewhere close and the place we normally deal with was clear in Norton area. So i got on line and read the reviews. Even though they had one bad review we gave them a try. BEST thing ever. ( don't believe the sour grapes people ). You will be getting more of our muffler business, for sure. Thank you.

They treat you more like a family member than a customer. Their estimate was almost $100 cheaper than my other estimate. They also did it faster and better. I would recommend them highly and plan on doing the rest of my business with them.

I am new to the area, Ilive in Copley and i needed some work done on my car... I asked a Gentleman that I had met in church about "a place to go to get the repairs" . He recommended Cottage Muffler and Brake. I went in with an idea of what it should cost based on a couple quotes i had gotten...Long Story short...Their knowledge saved me alot of money. His personalized concern to do it the best for me as the consumer has saved me money. His business model is designed to keep his costs low. He is a rare individual that CARES..really honestly cares...I have now had them do work on my Saab, Toyota and Ford over the last year. All work has been completed in a timely, professional manner, and would recommend anyone needing any work to drive in to see them. You are doing yourself a favor.

This shop has the best people I have ever met! The owners Mike and Suzanne are friendly and truelly care about the work that needs done. Also the great workers they have, do the job and do it well. They will gladly show you what's wrong with your car and tell you what needs to be done for it to be fixed. I don't think you could find a better repair shop than this one.
