They always have fresh coffee ready when I get there. I even found out that if you take bring them your own cup you can get it filled with coffee for only $.99......... They will even add flavorings for free. I go there for coffee at least 5 times a week. I am a loyal customer to this dunkin donuts franchise. The best part of all is that they are open 24/7.

No matter what time of day I go in there, the employees, including the manager, act like I am inconveniencing them with my order! Yesterday, the manager rolled her eyes because I wanted a box of Joe...then she went on ranting to one of her employees how she needed to get her invoice in and wasn't going to get it in on time. Is that the paying customer's problem? Of course it isn't. Maybe she should thank her lucky stars she has a job and be a little nicer to the customers making each and every one a "Raving Fan". If you don't know what I am talking about, pick up the book and read it! So unprofessional and un-called for behavior from "management." I am done going to this Dunkin Donut shop.
