Being an old guy and first time gammer my son bought me a Xbox 360. I try and shop local to help support my neighborhood. So I go to GameSurge at 506 Canton Rd to get a wireless adapter and my first came, I asked the young man behind the counter who clearly didn't like his job, if he had an adapter for the Xbox 360, he rolled his eyes and said $50.00 I told him I looked on line and other places was selling it for only $19.00 and he just walked away, Wow.. But I stayed calm and I bought a game anyways but not the adapter I bought that on line at another Game store for only $9.99 with free shipping. As for the game, I brought home where my boy freaked out when he seen I bought a used game for $20.00 he went on line and Walmart is selling the same game New for $13.00. So my son goes to return the unopened game on was treated more rudely than I and was told no cash refunds. I had to take the "new game" to family video to get cleaned so it would play... I will never go back

Offers everything the big box stores offer.

I have done business with Gamesurge 4 times now and always have had a good experience. Midnight releases for big titles, competitive pricing, and a good selection of new and used games and consoles.

They even offer Atari and classic NES games.

Rip off

The owner and employees of this establishment are liars. They told me that I was buying new console. When I got home it didn't work. First the cord was the wrong one for the box. Once I got the right cord that I had to purchase on my own, I come to find out that the box doesn't work at all. When I tried to return the box, the owner argued with me that it was in fact a new console. He refused to take it back for either another box or give me my money. After fighting with them to take it back, since they sold me a console that didn't work and appeared to have be previously opened, I ended up returning it to Microsoft. When my new box came in, I realized that the employees and owner had infact lied to me about my box being brand new. The new one I received directly from Microsoft came wrapped inside a plastic bag with stickers on the box. The one I received from Gamesurge had no stickers, no bag, and the box had been tampered with. If you wanted to get quality equipment and not be ripped off, I seriously suggest you shop somewhere else.
