Just had genesis radon (Adam) install a radon elimination. The absolute best work, honest, and does a great job, explains everything. Great experience and if you want to have the system installed this is who u you ou need to call!

We couldn't be happier about the service we received from Genesis Radon. They were knowledgeable and easy to work with, and were genuinely concerned with providing excellent customer service to us. During a pre-job visit, co-owner Adam answered many questions from me. Answers were specific, thorough, and on-target. During the conversation he adapted his initial plan to accommodate some of my concerns regarding appearance and effectiveness of the system. He offered a detailed written quote and we scheduled the installation. Installation was on time and the service was very professional. Adam and co-owner Steve answered more questions from me and then proceeded with the work. The work was completed in 4 hours and the installation was very neat, with pipes routed in the least conspicuous manner. Our exterior fan system is very quiet and looks good both inside the house and outside. Radon levels were reduced from above 6 pC/l to 1.0 pC/l in our basement. They left two continuous electronic monitors in the house for 4 days and charted the hourly radon levels after installation. They sent me all of the data in a written report summarizing the remediation. Independent post-remediation test with 7-day charcoal test kit done by me confirmed their radon level measurement of 1 pC/l. Their price was very reasonable, service timely, professional, and completely effective. We couldn't be happier with this service and would highly recommend Genesis to others.
