CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:30am

This company no-showed the first two appointments with no explanation the second time. When they did arrive, they were late and did not clean well. As with the previous reviewer, mine was a Groupon deal, from whom I received a full credit.

(Below is a copy of the final letter I wrote to the company.)

Well, someone finally showed up, but I have to say I am disappointed at the job done cleaning our home. We have a tiny, one-bedroom apartment, but the technician stated to my husband that she did not have time for the bathroom. In my opinion, this should have been one of the first things done. The kitchen sinks and table were also not cleaned, and while the kitchen and entrance were mopped well, the living room was not vacuumed carefully. (The bedroom and walk-in closet were not vacuumed at all.)



I asked my husband to leave the house from 11am to 1pm, based on our appointment time. We he returned at 1:30, the technician was still there. When he returned at 2:15, she was just leaving. This also tells me that she did not arrive at 11am, as scheduled.



I am disappointed in the two no-shows, but even more in the lack of professional cleaning my home received. This was supposed to be a nice Mother's Day gift. On three occasions, I have been extremely excited to come home to a clean apartment, and three times, I have been

sorely disappointed. I will need to report your company to the Better Business Bureau, as well as any place where I can give a review.



(When I did report them to BBB, they responded after missing one deadline, and had excuse after excuse. When I submitted a rebuttal, there was no response.)
