Family purchased a new pontoon from this establishment. Delivery was scheduled for Friday 5/20 at 3pm, which was scheduled over a week ago. Only communication was midday when the delivery was pushed back to 4pm. Not a big deal and actually more convenient. Then the second call came in around 330 (mind you, the facility is 20 minutes away and they would've been late anyways.) There's an 'issue' with one of the pontoons on the boat. We have plans this weekend with 3 very busy families who rarely get together due to scheduling conflict. If someone would've done their due diligence days ago, I'm sure there would not have been an issue regarding a HIGHLY common and easily rectifiable problem. Extremely disappointed with the follow through from these guys.
