I cannot say enough good things about Nannimals. I was hesitant to transition from our previous "Doggy Day Care" when we moved to Richfield. I am THRILLED I did. The owners are so conscientious not only of your pets and their needs but also of your home. The will bring in mail, adjust lights if you are away for an extended period of time, provide transportation to vet/groom visits, diligently dispense medication and on each visit leave you a detailed note so you are aware of outdoor breaks etc. I have needed last minute help more times than I care to admit and Kathy and Tom have met and exceeded my needs every single time. On occasions where there was a pet health concern I have been notified immediately and professionally. I could go on and on. Nannimals is exceptional!

I hired Nannimals to take care of my three kitty boys while I was on vacation for a week and I'm extremely pleased with the service I received. The owner is very professional and conscientious, but also clearly loves animals. In addition to our initial site visit (about a month ahead of time) she also scheduled a follow up visit to confirm the instructions. Everything was in writing and she went above and beyond, even sending me photos and texts of the boys while we were gone. I couldn't be more pleased with the service! I'll definitely be working with Nannimals again.
