Way over priced

The prices are very high for having no servers and busing your own tables.
The salads are good but the sandwiches are thrown together and slapped on the trays. Is you order soup, plan on the bowl being messy and the napkins on the tray wet.
I tried twice to order a hot sandwich the way I wanted it and was told I'm sorry they're pre-made, what?!
The pastries look great but they sit out all day, uncovered, and are always dried out. I also witnessed flys on them in the summer months.
If you wanna get real ticked off? Ask them how their my panera cards award you.
